Audi has revived the legendary brand Hispano Suiza

At the Geneva Motor Show, Audi has introduced an exclusive model Hispano Suiza, regenerating the name of the legendary Spanish-French brand, bankrupt after the Second World War. Supercar was created based on the Audi R8, cast off for this purpose 30 kg of weight and received the brand new carbon fiber body. Finished leather interior is also completely original.

Hispano Suiza received from Audi 5.2-liter V10 with two compressors, which develops up to 740 hp and 700 Nm of torque. It accelerates the car to 100 km / h in just 3.4 seconds and a top speed reaches 340 km / h. In the long term - release a hybrid version of the two engines with a total capacity of up to 889 hp Audi plans to sell up to 25 thousand a year supercar at a price of 700 000 euro per copy.
